For MoonGrottoSwampAccessArea damage boosts:
They are 3 damage spikes, but you can augment the damage boost with either a 1 or 2 health damage boost from the spider. Currently DoubleJump has the augmented damage boost in casual, which is silly. It isn't obvious which difficulty level these should be.
DoubleJump -- without augmented damage boost is 4 health, with augmented is 3 health.
ChargeJump -- without augmented damage boost is 6 health, with augmented is 3 health.
Dash -- without augmented damage boost is 4 health, with augmented is 3 health.
