Fixes

• OIDC variables fixes on kube-control-plane role:
  Rename of oidc_group_prefix to oidc_groups_prefix breaking
  Ignored value oidc_username_prefix is now used correctly (oidc_group_prefix was used instead)
• Containerd registry mirror features
• Example playbook to renew certificates outside upgrades

To make the value active in the APIServer, run kubeadm upgrade apply --config /etc/kubernetes/kubeadm.yml on each control plane node.
