* fix: include gatekeeper-system ns on infra flow and exclude from kubernetes flow

* fix: missing infra index pattern on opensearch dashboards

* docs: add v3.1.1 release note

* hotfix(configs): bump fluent-bit version for systemd tailers

* feature(configs): add containerd to systemd tailers

* docs: prepare for release 3.1.1

- add missing versions to compatibility matrix
- formatting and linting

* docs: improve copy in 3.1.1 release notes
