The Envelope type represents a rectangle/bounds. There are 4 properties:

MinLat
MinLon
MaxLat
MaxLon

The horizontals edges run along parallels. The vertical edges run along meridians.

Envelope supports several calculations:

Contains(Coordinate other)
Contains(Envelope other)
Contains(IGeometry other)
GetArea()
GetLength()
Intersects(Envelope other)
