Create following Infra components in AWS and it should be only use ipv6 IP addresses and communications. Kind of it will be zero-ipv4

First Phase

1. AWS VPC
2. AWS LoadBalancer

Second Phase

3. Simple two golang applications in gin and they should communicate internally
4. EKS
5. Nginx Ingress

Third Phase

6. Grafana
7. Victoria-Metrics-Components
8. Fluent-bit+Self-hosted ElasticSearch+Kibana
