New:
- Add clicking a novel update notification to open up the new chapter
- Re-add animations to navigation

Fix:
- Catalog filter button not having filter text
- QRCode reader crashing when opening content

Misc:
- Hide filter button when there are no filters in a catalog
- Improve restore UI
- Minor logging improvements
- Scanned QRCode is now auto added to match UI
- Remove continuous scroll from settings
- Use VerticalArrangment for spacing
- Force reader bottom bar to be sharp
