Correct English syntax errors and some other small issues.

Fixes obvious syntax errors, incorrect uses of let's, it's and an. Also fixes some capitalization inconsistencies and plurality mismatches.

I didn't add or remove any commas because this is often a matter of writing style and opinion that I'm not interested in debating.

Thanks for submitting, this is really appreciated. If you feel that commas are off that's likely to be the case as English is not my native language, so at least I won't argue with a native speaker there.

The commas are mostly fine, just a few small parts that could be improved. It's not really a big deal though, I just wanted to fix a few of the bigger issues. Thanks for writing this, it helped me quite a bit in understanding which DB library I needed for my project.
