fd:

  • make it automatically detect compiling triplets and compilers on the host system.
msclock added a commit that referenced this issue Apr 11, 2024
Changes:
- simplifies all build chores, including cmake toolchain loading and
CI/CD.
- adds the capability of the host triplet auto-detection.
- refine the documentation of relevant changes.
