I for sure would have loved the option of making varios donation projects where the clients/users can donate to what cause they find best.

Also, I would have loved the opportunity to make all the donation projects available on ONE page
so that it would be easy for a client/user to get an overview and then choose the project he/she would like to support.

This is interesting, and upon a simple thought process it may not be that crazy of a thing to add. For now I'm going to tag this for down the road, at least until I do some testing.

Campaigns will solve this feature, and will also solve #36.

The two commits above are just ground work, mostly closing up #36 after some testing.

#43 - Major work on multiple campaigns

* Rewritten menu: now allows for multiple instances of the menu, where you select which campaign you want to display in that specific menu
* Rewritten most/all shortcodes to work with campaign id's
* Update to e107 latest standards/methods/etc.

Still TODO:
- Remove or reduce duplicate code from shortcodes (campaign_id checks)
- Remove obsolete prefs
- Allow for and add different menu templates (e.g. a default one, and one for 'unlimited' campaigns' which do not contain end date etc.)
- add 'e_url.php' for pretty URLs
- General code clean-up
