The problem was caused by the change of distribution of .NET runtime in the package (since 0.0.14.0).

Here is the latest release of PowerDocs.

Important: Starting this version, the .NET runtime will no longer be included in the package. It means that you'll need to have .NET Runtime installed on your PC. If the runtime is not installed, a popup will appear when you start the application.
This change is done to reduce the size of the application on disk.

Breaking change: The toolbar and commands system has been reworked to support multiple custom toolbars and custom keyboard shortcuts. Your QAT (quick access toolbar) commands will be lost at first launch of this version. Sorry for that.
