- Adds OIDC and Social Auth support. Fixes [REQUEST] Implement OIDC authorization flow #350
- Adds city marking capability where each region has associated cities that can be marked individually. Fixes [REQUEST] Show the cities of the country instead of the states. #365
- Allows for multiple images to be uploaded at once
- Makes startup time a lot quicker - region data is only inserted when needed and uses batch processing for memory / CPU savings
- Fixes emoji button text. Fixes [BUG] "Hide emoji picker" text has incorrect text state #428
