Windows 32 bit version of tau-argus containing prototype of cell-key method.

You can now also protect weighted frequency count tables with the cell key method. It uses the simple approach: apply cell key method to unweighted table, multiply the results per cell with the average weight of that cell.

You can switch the coloring of the cells after application of the cell key method on and off.
