This PR upgrades the AWS SDK version. We need to do it because the SDK depends on the Apache HttpClient version that has a vulnerability. We also need to upgrade the cosmos SDK because the new AWS SDK version has a Netty version conflict with the current cosmos SDK. Please take a look!
