This is a official binary distribution from Microsoft made for Solus Distribution. The vscode available in the official Solus repository is an unofficial build made directly from the github. It's codenamed as code-oss. There are some proprietary features & APIs that are not accessible/available in that open-source version. Hence this package, with unlimited power for solus users.

Adding

1.2 Installing package

sudo eopkg install visual-studio-code

Removing

2.1 Removing this package

sudo eopkg rmf visual-studio-code

2.2 Removing this Repository

sudo eopkg remove-repo sidbelbase
