As a researcher, I want to set en embargo for data, so that I am the only one to access it. #2

To clarify: emabargo is a time when data is not available openly. Once it expires, the data is automatically release on a selected license.

there is a small thing need to be clarified , the period begins from the day of adding the data and ends in the specified date or what ?

No.
You put the data into repository today, and say that between now and 31.12.2019 it is not available for download. From 1.1.12020 people will be able to download it. The time between now and 31.12.2019 is the embargo period.
