Dependency updates:

• Updated the version of @samchon/openapi to 2.0.0-dev.20241202-2 in packages/core/package.json [1] packages/fetcher/package.json [2] packages/migrate/package.json [3] packages/sdk/package.json [4] and test/package.json [5].
• Updated the version of @nestia/fetcher in the dependencies and peerDependencies sections of packages/core/package.json [1] [2] and packages/sdk/package.json [3] [4].
