Update TigerVNC to latest version #95

As a Sakuli developer, I want TigerVNC to be up to date.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Update TigerVNC to latest version.

Additional information:
Tigervnc introduced with 1.11.0 a new way to start the VNC server as it was not reliable enough using the vncserver command. The recommended way is to use the vncserver service, which requires a running systemd. Unfortunately with our Docker setup, it is currently not possible.
Another alternative is to create our own startup script with Xvnc.

We could bypass the migration to Xvnc if we simply copy the latest vncserver script and use it.
The only downside is... We need to maintain 900 lines of Perl code 😂
