💻 I am currently working as a Research Assistant at Wheelerlab Computational Biology Research Group. 📚 I am a Master's student in Computer Science at the University of Arizona. I have a strong interest in Computational Biology and Machine Learning and my project focuses on the genetic variations in immune-related genes, particularly the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) locus, and their link to various health outcomes like adverse drug reactions, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases. Also, I try to analyze the Traditional methods like GWAS and PheWAS mutations independently and try to implement them with a Machine Learning approach. 📝 I am currently learning more about Genomic data and Proteins 🌟Used to work as an AI developer in an advertisement monitoring company
