Added new option to documentation in order to have an option with a very long text to showcase the scenario added by this PR.

Added support for dropdowns showing selected options with tags to have tooltips whenever the text on the tag overflows its parent.
Now we'll have the following:
Note 1: Also added a new option in the documentation to help showcase this scenario that works with really long texts.
