MapEx is not visible on iPhones

hello I use MAPEX with the latest version, it works on the big screen but I have no preview of the map on the mobile, can I help?

Did you try to to view it via the desktop browser's emulation mode? Or it was a real smartphone? Did you try to open the map on another mobile device?

Can you please give a link to the website so that I can make a deeper investigation?

I checked the browser console and it seems that your Google API key is invalid, see the marked warning:

Please, check your key and correct it.

I see that the API key warning disappeared, so the key is valid now. I tested the map on Android and it works:

According to my experience, the iPhone is very sensitive to the HTML marking on the web page. And it's hard to catch this problem. First, I recommend to temporary remove the MapEx widget from this page and put the standard Map widget instead. Please, don't put both of them at the same time - they have conflicts when working together on the same page.

If the problem will still be there with the Map widget, then it means it's not related to the MapEx widget and probably there's something wrong with the HTML or template on this page (outside the widget code). If the Map widget will work fine on iPhone, then I will investigate this issue deeper.

Please, let me know about the results.

The MapEx shows a blank area and is not rendered on the front end if iPhone is used for web browsing. It works fine on Windows and Android. It seems that the problem appeared in v.1.6.0
