Ease community driven localization

Hi, I am not a developer (no logic magic in my blood), but I can help to bring Spanish localization.

With the adequate instruction on how to, I can translate the strings and manuals of the app, even this repo markdown, and you can allow others to contribute in other languages.

Hi, that would be really cool. This would require adding full multi language support to the app or compiling a couple of different versions e.g. english, spanish, mandarin, french ^^ not sure what the four most spoken languages are. I really like the idea of different readmes for different languages. I think a good readme translation would be a great start.

The easiest way is for you to fork the project and then create a pull request right away with permission for me to edit as well. Then we can work on it together. You could start with the readme and I will look into rust best practices for multi language support. In the same vein, we could refine the readme and in app english texts as well. So you could do a refined version in spanish, and I will adopt all relevant refinements to english maybe.

If that sounds good, just fork and pr the repo and we can discuss in the PR chat :)

Sure, back then we used language links tab-like on top of markdown files for multilingual readme and docs on repos.
