Bibliography: fixing author of "You Can't Spell Trust Without Rust" #1815

The author name listed in the bibliography section "Papers about Rust" for the thesis "You Can't Spell Trust Without Rust" is wrong.

This PR changes the name to the proper one (Aria Beingessner) and has the link point to the thesis rendering hosted on their homepage.
