@bors rollup=iffy worried this will have perf implications, marking as iffy since i'll probably skip it for some rollups, on the plus side this gets some priority for testing it does seem like a small submodule update so perhaps i'm worrying too much, feel free to unmark and i'll try to include it in a rollup |
The only diff in libLLVM is for AArch64, which wouldn't be visible in our perf tests, and the rest is in Clang. I think it should be fine for a rollup, but there's no rush. This is mostly just tidiness to get our forked changes rebased onto the final release tag. |
