This is a temporary workaround for Fuchsia's libc not supporting
TLS segments with alignments greater than 32 bytes. It should
be reverted ASAP following the fix to libc.
When missing a comma in a macro call, suggest it, regardless of
position. When a macro call doesn't match any of the patterns, check
if the call's token stream could be missing a comma between two idents,
and if so, create a new token stream containing the comma and try to
match against the macro patterns. If successful, emit the suggestion.

Move SmallVector and ThinVec out of libsyntax

- move `libsyntax::util::SmallVector` tests to `librustc_data_structures::small_vec`
- remove `libsyntax::util::SmallVector`
- move `libsyntax::util::thin_vec` to `librustc_data_structures::thin_vec`

Other than moving these data structures where they belong it allows modules using `SmallVector<T>` (`SmallVec<[T; 1]>`) to specify their own length (e.g. 8 or 32) independently from `libsyntax`.

Account for --remap-path-prefix in save-analysis

Fixes rust-lang#52549.

Didn't add a test since save-analysis is still unstable, only tested this locally. Should I add a test for that? If so, is run-make-fulldeps an appropriate format?

Session is already created with remapped working directory, so use that instead of the actual cwd.
This was the only place affected, since the rest of the paths in save-analysis are directly derived from files in spans from `sess.codemap()`, which already creates remapped ones.

Suggest comma when missing in macro call

When missing a comma in a macro call, suggest it, regardless of
position. When a macro call doesn't match any of the patterns, check
if the call's token stream could be missing a comma between two idents,
and if so, create a new token stream containing the comma and try to
match against the macro patterns. If successful, emit the suggestion.

This works on arbitrary macros, with no need of special support from
the macro writers.

[00:50:21] {"message":"explicit lifetime required in the type of `y`","code":{"code":"E0621","explanation":"\nThis error code indicates a mismatch between the lifetimes appearing in the\nfunction signature (i.e., the parameter types and the return type) and the\ndata-flow found in the function body.\n\nErroneous code example:\n\n```compile_fail,E0621\nfn foo<'a>(x: &'a i32, y: &i32) -> &'a i32 { // error: explicit lifetime\n                                             //        required in the type of\n                                             //        `y`\n    if x > y { x } else { y }\n}\n```\n\nIn the code above, the function is returning data borrowed from either `x` or\n`y`, but the `'a` annotation indicates that it is returning data only from `x`.\nTo fix the error, the signature and the body must be made to match. Typically,\nthis is done by updating the function signature. So, in this case, we change\nthe type of `y` to `&'a i32`, like so:\n\n```\nfn foo<'a>(x: &'a i32, y: &'a i32) -> &'a i32 {\n    if x > y { x } else { y }\n}\n```\n\nNow the signature indicates that the function data borrowed from either `x` or\n`y`. Alternatively, you could change the body to not return data from `y`:\n\n```\nfn foo<'a>(x: &'a i32, y: &i32) -> &'a i32 {\n    x\n}\n```\n"},"level":"error","spans":[{"file_name":"/checkout/src/test/ui/lifetime-errors/ex2a-push-one-existing-name-early-bound.rs","byte_start":611,"byte_end":620,"line_start":17,"line_end":17,"column_start":5,"column_end":14,"is_primary":true,"text":[{"text":"    x.push(y); //~ ERROR explicit lifetime required","highlight_start":5,"highlight_end":14}],"label":"lifetime `'a` required","suggested_replacement":null,"suggestion_applicability":null,"expansion":null}],"children":[{"message":"add explicit lifetime `'a` to the type of `y`","code":null,"level":"help","spans":[{"file_name":"/checkout/src/test/ui/lifetime-errors/ex2a-push-one-existing-name-early-bound.rs","byte_start":554,"byte_end":556,"line_start":13,"line_end":13,"column_start":42,"column_end":44,"is_primary":true,"text":[{"text":"fn baz<'a, 'b, T>(x: &mut Vec<&'a T>, y: &T)","highlight_start":42,"highlight_end":44}],"label":null,"suggested_replacement":"&'a T","suggestion_applicability":"Unspecified","expansion":null}],"children":[],"rendered":null}],"rendered":"error[E0621]: explicit lifetime required in the type of `y`\n  --> /checkout/src/test/ui/lifetime-errors/ex2a-push-one-existing-name-early-bound.rs:17:5\n   |\nLL | fn baz<'a, 'b, T>(x: &mut Vec<&'a T>, y: &T)\n   |                                          -- help: add explicit lifetime `'a` to the type of `y`: `&'a T`\n...\nLL |     x.push(y); //~ ERROR explicit lifetime required\n   |     ^^^^^^^^^ lifetime `'a` required\n\n"}
