2021年5月の時点でEdition Guideの方針転換があり、原著の構成が大きく変わりました。ほとんどの内容が削除され、Edition移行に必要な最小限の内容に留められています。
本プルリクエストでは、原著の方針変更・構成変更に追従し、和訳版の構成（章立て）を変更します。
なお、翻訳作業が終わるまでの間は、現在の「Next Edition」配下にある翻訳済のページは「2018エディションリリース後の変更」という章として残しておきます。
