Without this the registers module will be disabled, so the crate can build with stable Rust.

I don't have any more patches right now, but no hurry on the release as it's not much use to me until we get the HVC stuff in. |

Without this feature the registers module will be disabled, so the crate can build with stable Rust. It's enabled by default to keep existing behaviour.
