-Added "chapter progress bar" on the left side (so I can have visual idea of how far into the chapter I am) -Added "chapter title" to top of screen when reading a chapter (I'm dumb, I forget)

Great epub reader, especially one I can use with the screen command. Below are two features I was craving while using the script. If you like them, merge if you want.
