Previously, the way they had been defined was invalid
This also reduces the script interval, because it is still very slow.

Tested with citadel-dev, no blocking issues found
- fresh install
- update path from 0.0.4
- backup: did not test, no open channels
- generate troubleshooting logs
- enable 2FA
- apps installed:
- Specter Desktop
- Samourai Server
- Ringtools: stuck at starting on 0.0.4 -> fixed in 0.0.5
- Mempool
Notes
- Update went through without issues, but after update user was not authenticated -> manual refresh necessary Redirect to /login on 401 Unauthorized dashboard#39
- On fresh install known issue Continuous loading state after initial setup dashboard#30

This release fixes the bugs with Specter & Samourai. In addition, it re-enables bckups (which were broken when we moved to Karen v2), and switches to the new backup server (#43).
