Features:

  • This is required for the chaperone machines where we need users from the AD in local groups.
  • Create local folder for hpc_env_prefix if a machine (e.g. chaperone) does not have a dedicated mount for the hpc_env_prefix.

Fixes:

  • Improved lor-init: restrict set -u to scope of the lor-config function. Prevents problems with bash tab completion on certain Linux systems when set -u is enabled globally.
  • Removed forced local connection from plays that need to run on a chaperone: this is no longer necessary.
