WH redeploy

[scimerman]

• bugfix attached storage is 2TB instead 0.2T
• redeployed instances created a new IP's
• added the specific versions for packages of the pulp python environment
• Py 2 is used - the docker has to have version fixed, as the support for py2 is gone
• pulp version limit - I looked for the version that are currently working - any newer or older version fails
• small vars.yml changes - syntax fix
• repo root certificate - recreated
• secrets.yml: ldap_credentials variable bugfix - name was ldap_default, but script expects the domain name. It crashes if incorrectly defined.
