Describe the bug

Regression since Nightly 2023-12-15

Broken desktop UI.
The UI has cutoff and has incorrect screen scaling if you resize the window.

This area has a huge mouse offset, it as if the mouse position is (x^0.5,y^0.5).
For the top bar button mouse interaction point has an offset, each menu button has different offset, the righter you go the bigger the offset width .
The reverse text is an existing issue.
