…r row ids, specifying the data type. tidyselect::with_vars expects a vector though
… instead of starting path with "/". Skip tests that expect "~" to be the temp dir on windows (normalizePath would expand ~ to an absolute path)

#1600 : all fmt-functions (such as
fmt_percent) didn't work when helper functions such asmdorhtmlfor the stub were used#1626 : was just a problem on local testing at windows env (gtsave: absolute paths beginning with / or ~)
