This enables users to insert nicely-formatted units (in any of the output formats) by using units notation in
tab_spanner()(by supplying the units in{{<units>}}alongside thelabel). This works similarly to the support for units notation in column labels (withcols_label()) and in body cells (throughfmt_units())
