Stable with new improvements

Main changes:

• Remove dependency in Docker and other tools
• Require Nuclei
• Improved usage of Nuclei takeovers
• More hook examples

Note that upgrade from v0.9 to v1.0 requires manual installations (e.g. Nuclei).
