Note: We need to find a way to note how to fix the following warning easily.

E:Repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/nginx/development/ubuntu bionic
InRelease' changed its 'Label' value from 'NGINX Mainline' to 'NGINX Mainline
(1.15.x)'

Just to confirm, mainline is the same as development right?

Yes, Nginx team is renaming development to mainline.

This PPA [development] contains the latest 'Mainline' Release version of the nginx web server software, up through 1.15.x, for Artful, Bionic, Cosmic, and Xenial.

For Mainline 1.17.x, once released, you will need to use the newer PPA at https://launchpad.net/~nginx/+archive/ubuntu/mainline.

This PPA [mainline] contains the latest 'Mainline' Release version of the nginx web server software. This release was formerly tracked in the PPA located at https://launchpad.net/~nginx/+archive/ubuntu/development but for the purposes of naming this newer Mainline PPA is being provided with identical packages from there.

Mainline PPA uploads will now go here.
