This script was used to verigy the primers of OmpA and to calculate the product size of the PCR product. The Nucleotide sequences of Acinetobacter baumannii strain 21 OmpA (ompA) gene, partial cds with the accession no. OL347635 was used. Kindly follow the steps provided in the script and find out your PCR product size, you can also change the accession no. of your choice.
