I know it's grammar nazi, but in iDynTree code there are 59 occurrences of indeces, that is a weird mix between indices and indexes, both correct. Am I missing something?

My bad, and I don't think this is being grammar nazi, thanks for the report.
This grammar error (or any grammar error in the documentation, it does not matter how small) need to be fixed and it is a bug.

I think it is a good occasion to cleanup the deprecation workflow currently in place.
