sped.bas is a sprite editor for the Agon series of retro computers.
Requires VDP2.0.0 as this enables Bitmapped backed Sprites.
Currently works in mode 8 with 64 colours, 16x16 or 8x8 sprites, maximum 24 frames.
VDP2.0.0 is the version used in console8, but can be run on an Agon Light.

- spedADL is for use with bbcbasic24. The 16bit version has run out of room (32k for compiled program - SPED is big!)
- Fix crashed in sped.bas caused by file size
- spedADL now has Shift/Roll feature.
- Allows the bitmap or a region of a bitmap to bit shifted by one pixel in any direction.
- With roll, the shifted pixels appear at the other side
v1.07 Fix joystick issues. Add colour change command.
- Fix: Joystick now accepts config options JOY=0|1 and JOYSTICK=0|1
- Fix flickering when enabling Joystick in Emulator
- Feature: Change pixel colour in current bitmap. Key "N"
- changes every pixel in the bit map with a given colour to a new one.
