I performed only necessary changes.

I think bumping fs-ext from 0.4.4 to 0.4.5 is also a necessary change, because otherwise we'd have a nan@1.8.4 that's inconsistent with package.json requirement ~1.6 in fs-ext@0.4.4.

Anyway, I re-run shrinkwrap and committed those changes in 6b6247b , will release it in a few hours.
