Fix "Masquerading as ESM" for all packages except @rimbu/core #215

Currently all packages except @rimbu/core suffer from the "Masquerading as ESM" as explained in PR #210.

@himanoa already made a great fix this for @rimbu/core package, so it's best to take a similar approach for the other packages.

To prevent the Dual package hazard this needs to be fixed for all sub-packages.
