Last IPO version (1.7.5) before Bioconductor release

This version of IPO (1.7.5) is the last version before IPO was released on Bioconductor. After this release the versioning schema changes to meet the Bioconductor version numbering and starts with 1.0.0.

Essentially this release is equivalent to IPO version 1.0.0 in Bioconductor release 3.4.
