- HTML is structured and named such that all the selection functionality works - No real content yet - Confirmation page needs to be laid out differently to make room for the new section

As on the live site, the layout code is brittle, and icons "stack" when the page is zoomed in or the viewport is <1200px wide. This problem is especially noticeable with in the new "application development" section. In the future, I'd like to solve this problem by refactoring this page to use the flexbox.
I didn't want to delay the new icons until that's done, so for now I mitigated this problem as best as I could without a big refactor.
