Before, it wasn't possible to compare angles between each other. Now, we can use the comparison operations (`==`, `<`, `>`, `<=`, `>=`, `!=`, `<=>`) between two angles. It is still not possible to compare an angle with on object of different type. Fixed #18

Now, we can use the comparison operations (
