Support new client side filter operators using the global --filter flag:

has <key> - Returns objects where the key is present
nothas <key> - Returns objects where the key is not present

Examples

c8y applications list --filter "has manifest.billingMode"

c8y applications list --filter "nothas manifest.billingMode"
