Unfortunately, this isn't very helpful. The changelog should explain what the breaking changes are between v7 and v8. Seems like it's just that Node 4 and 6 are no longer supported, is that correct?

@nexdrew Thanks for pointing this out. Yes, with restify v8 we are dropping support for Node4 and Node6. The changelog has been updated to reflect this fact too.
