When using Rerun to draw data in notebooks, I most likely just want to view the data without extra UI frills. We should therefore let the Blueprint, Streams, and Selection Views be collapsed by default when running in notebooks.

We're doing exactly this by now! We went further by allowing to fully remove some panels as well
