This is a callback for the filter function, in case it is not proxiable we are filtering the connector out to not break anything.

Description
This PR fixes the issue with connectors not appearing when using Solana Adapter. It also adds a safety test for proxying connectors with valtio so won't prevent other connectors to be used.
