Fix sentinel2 psd version change

updated sentinelsensor to handle psd version >14 which was introduced by ESA with baseline 5.11 on 2024-07-23

Thanks @samfranklin, looks OK to me. I'll download an image and test it with the updated and older images in the next couple of days - also need to check against the most recent version of rsgislib as that has had quite a lot of updates since the last ARCSI release.

Great. Thanks @petebunting. Note, when testing using a conda built environment, I ran into an RSGISLIB error, on both the 5.10 and 5.11 baseline dataset examples.

I assumed this was something I missed when building the conda environment build but possibly something to look out for, error was:

Input imagery as listed in header file is present.

Get aero profile from image...
Input Header: 'working/extracted/S2A_MSIL1C_20240723T114351_N0511_R123_T30UUG_20240723T152133/MTD_MSIL1C.xml'
Error: Specified image band is not within the input image.
