Describe the bug
The currently selected Yes/No/Default option isn't highlighted when you create/edit a service.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create/Edit service
  2. Open 'Latest Version' or 'Deployed Version' accordion
  3. 'Use pre-releases'/'Allow Invalid Certs' on latest, or 'Allow Invalid Certs' on deployed has no selected value

Expected behavior
Yes/No/Default is selected as it is when you close and re-open the modal.
