Needs confirmation that this is indeed how the downloads will be managed by RTD.
I noticed this behavior in #8135 which I did not expect (removing
formatsin a branch also removes old uploads matching that config), but that's a convenient workaround to not having a "delete" option in the dashboard to remove older downloads if they become unwanted.
